What is in the Bespoke Medical Pack and why we think it is important.
Medical History
We ask that you supply us with a copy of your medical notes and / or letters so we can sift through them to pull out your relevant medical history. This way we ensure that when you come to the consultation the doctors time can be solely focused on you and not trying to decipher through the notes.
Haematology and Pathology Results
Again we ask that these are provided prior to the consultation to be analysed. Often patients come to us with tests from many hospitals and we collate them to study any trends. If required we will also plot them in a graph to see trends such as the velocity of rise.
Information on Relevant Clinical Trials
After establishing your diagnosis from your medical notes, we search for all the non-commercial clinical trials available in the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. If any of these are suitable for you they will be discussed in full at your consultation.
Standard of Care
Details of what is the recognised standard treatment for your condition in the United Kingdom. This may be important to compare any treatments you have already received.
Glossary of Terms –
Some of the information we give you may have medical terms that are unfamiliar, so we include a glossary of terms. If there is still information in the pack you do not understand, you have our number and we are happy to explain everything to you.
Detailed Medical Report
Following the consultation with the doctor, they will prepare a detailed medical report. In some cases this can be prepared immediately after the consultation, so you can take it away the same day.
If you feel we may be able to help, please get in contact. Due to high demand, we only accept patients who we feel we are able to offer the very best help to.
